TRAVEL
Do you travel?
Of course! There are some AMAZING locations around the Sunshine Coast and any travel time within 1 hour of Noosa Heads is covered
in all my initial package costs. Further locations are charged at an additional cost of $50 per 50kms travelled.
TURNAROUND
When will I get to see my photos?
Photographs from any family, kids or commercial sessions will be edited and available to digitally view and download 1-2 weeks after the session. Wedding photography has a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks (as there are usually a lot more photos to edit!)
SOCIAL MEDIA
Can I share my photos?
Absolutely! All of your photos will be edited and ready to be used on your social media pages, no need to crop or add any filters to them at all ...all I ask is that you give me a little shout out with a tag or credit when you post them to your pages ;)
BOOKING
How far in advance should I book?
If you are after wedding photography - the earlier the better! Kids or family sessions should be booked 2-4 weeks in advance to secure the date you would like.
RE-SCHEDULING
Can I re-schedule?
If you are unable to make your photography session for some reason, there is an option to reschedule it. 1-2 weeks notice is preferred. If you have booked an outdoor family session and the weather is unfavourable, we can definitely make arrangements to change your booking to another time that works for you and your family.
PAYMENT PLANS & DEPOSITS
Do you offer payment plans?
There are definitely payment plans available when it comes to weddings. A deposit of 1/3rd of the total price is required to secure the wedding date. Then the remaining payment is to be made after the wedding date.
